MASTERSTROKE Begins Recording New Album
January 31, 2011Finnish melodic metallers MASTERSTROKE have entered the studio to begin recording their fourth album for a 2011 release. The band states, "Drums are done and right now we are in the middle of recording solo guitars."
"Walls Of My Temple", the latest video from MASTERSTROKE, can be viewed below. The clip was directed by Sami Häkkinen for Silent Paprika Films.
"Walls Of My Temple" comes off MASTERSTROKE's third album, "As Days Grow Darker", which was released in early 2009 via Dynamic Arts Records.
MASTERSTROKE was formed in 2002. After a few lineup changes and several gigs, the band received a well-earned recording deal. The group's debut album, "Apocalypse", was supposed to receive a worldwide release through their previous record label JMT Music. Unfortunately it didn't happen. In the end "Apocalypse" was issued only in Japan, Russia and CIS countries due to the label going out of business.
